Good news for the day is I got paid for a bit of freelance writing work performed before the lockdown.

Not a fortune, but at least a months worth of living expenses for me, happy days .

Going to be simmering my pork belly later.....

Now the conundrum is what to have for breakfast

Blue skies. 11 degrees. Slight breeze.

First coffee of the day being drunk (bean to cup too, obvs).

              Croissant in the oven.

              Unsettled night's sleep.

Have to say my favourite Earl Grey comes from Aldi, of all places, decent strength to it too

First world problems at Casa LM this morning. All we've got left coffee-wise is Douwe Egberts instant. Fortunately, as instants go, it's not bad. Need to send a link to Mrs LM for the grinder/aeropress starter pack ready for my birthday in a few weeks.
