surfaced at 09:20 to find lots of emails effectively giving me all required access to end client, and asking me to start work.

Plumber booked for tomorrow That means the hot water will be coming off the boiler again.
When I spoke to him, he asked me to do a quick check and was immediately able to diagnose the fault -need to replace a Honeywell 2 port motorised valve.

Knowing that, it looks like something I could do myself, if I was so inclined
