The evening's entertainment continued with Jeremiah: "Touch".

"Jeremiah" The Touch (TV Episode 2002) - IMDb

    Moderately unpleasant.

Now watching "The Hard Word (2002)" with Guy Pearce et al.

The Hard Word (2002) - IMDb

Oddly it's an Aussie film in Aussie (hence the subtitles) on a R1 dvd just to make things even more confusing.

    <hiatus>

Well it was ok in its way. Took a while to realise that Robert "Longmire" Taylor was in it as Frank.

Just popped out the back. The cloud has cleared, leading to plentiful twinkling again, including contributions from a number of aircraft which happened to be passing by at various altitudes

Several of them were on their way to Manchester, according to FlightRadar24

Not very warm though - down to 12°C right now, apparently

Yesterday I had a bath (not much water, needed to keep my chest dry). After it, The Wife (tm) decided that the dressing needed changing, so she carefully removed the old one (good job the nurse had shaved part of my chest pre-op).
While she was admiring it, I asked her to take a photo. Yes, I expect I will have a bumpy scar. Yes, the thread-work is almost like he was doing a pork joint. Turns out there are 11 stitches. I thought he did only 4 or 5.
No sign of infection and it’s all looking good.

(For the Twits out there, I’ve posted a photo)

Try Anusol, that might help them pop back in again.

I’d hate to do Nick’s job for him, but here’s a nice one from the Pharmaceutical Journal a few years ago:

Tonight's viewing has been a couple more episodes of Breaking Bad, S2E10 and E11: Over (TV Episode 2009) - IMDb and Mandala (TV Episode 2009) - IMDb. Nearly at the end of S2 now

                    Morning all

                    Grey.

                    No current precipitation.

Cooler at 17.6 deg in here.

Looks like the water at the bottom of next door's garden has drained away.

High tide has passed, and the marsh isn't flooded today.
