Colston Bassett stilton is very yummy indeed.

You can buy a whole one for just £120 from Neals Yard.

A while back I used to get a Neals Yard cheese sent to me every couple of months.

I might start that up again. It's a good way to taste new cheeses you might otherwise miss.

I'm scared of blue cheese but I would like to get into it ('cos I love red wine) ..... what would you reccomend as a mild one to start off with?
