Given what the others have said about not sharing all - would you be happy to share the prompts you used? (either PM or here - whatever you're most comfortable with). I ran a few pieces through ChatGPT and it's already set me at ease somewhat. I haven't added everything yet, and conscious my prompts could be better to get a deeper-dive. I've got all my paperwork, from the brochure, original contracts with NOTHING about loans mentioned, and the emails I sent to Darwin with my concerns about applying for loans - every time I sent them an email, they would call me instead of replying. They never acknowledged my concerns in writing or follow-up emails after conversations. I realize how naive I was, and they were scamming me all along. -
On reflection I'm not going to share my findings ... whilst West28th can't cure the issues they have with my case they may weaponise my findings against others.Originally posted by SouthKD View Post

That said and done I've created a step by step guide/prompts I used for Anthropic/Claude (paid tier/not expensive) ... if you ping me a private message I'll happily share the guide.

This is not legal advice, and AI is not a lawyer. Treat the output as a well-organised starting point to take to a qualified solicitor — not as a decision you act on alone.
Prepared as a general self-help template. It is not legal advice. Always have a qualified solicitor review your situation and any document you intend to rely on.

Has anyone received their SAR from Trethowans or West28th? In fact has anyone had any reply from W28th?Comment

I know of two people who received acknowledgment mails from Trethowans re SAR's...........however I don't know a single person who's had any response or acknowledgement from W28. I guess until the 30 day SAR deadline passes, then they're in no way obligated to respond though.Originally posted by Wtaf View PostHas anyone received their SAR from Trethowans or West28th? Point 3 - sounds like they need/needed more money.Originally posted by Diagnose b4 u prescribe View PostAnother great post from shampoo and I was also interested in the quote "I now feel sufficiently confident in my findings to engage a solicitor locally". So another one choosing not to join the Elysium group action?
I'm of the same view. I've recently come across an old article published in Computer Weekly in November 2022 that referred to Elysium's case against Felicitas and W28. Link here: https://www.computerweekly.com/news/...ed%2C%20client
Some of the content still makes me wary of the motives behind this latest campaign from West 28 and Elysium. Especially:
1. Elysium Law requested a letter of claim from Felicitas, which responded with a lengthy letter of its own and 107,000 client documents. So how many actual clients?
2. Mediation with Felicitas took place on 12 November 2021 and the Elysium spokesperson stated “They outlined their claim and we outlined our defence and then Felicitas opted not to take it further. They dropped arms and stopped pursuing anybody”. So the Elysium defence apparently worked and you would think "job done"!?
3. 12 months later West 28th Street arrive on the scene and send out letters. "Brogelli and Gray said Elysium Law would be challenging West 28th Street’s attempts to recall these loans, while also working to resolve the matter on behalf of its clients for a final time, but it needs the support of more contractors who are being chased by the firm for loan repayments.." Final time? Why need more support? Surely Elysium just re-package the same defence they made for Felicitas the previous year!
I'll be sticking to my strategy to defend myself with the added bonus of having seen some great input from several others on this forum.

Just looked at the latest financials for West 28th Street Limited (Company No: 13231491) for the year ended 31 March 2026.
A couple of facts that stand out from the notes:- West 28th paid £459,992 to Limelight Solutions Limited in 'expenses' this year (up from just £83 the previous year).
- Note 10 confirms Limelight Solutions Ltd owns 50% of West 28th.
- Mr K Arnold is listed as the director for both entities.
This is despite West 28th sitting on a £1.11M net liability deficit and holding just £22,020 in cash.
