The chances of anyone getting taken to court, how things stand, is tiny.

But still worth getting paperwork in order, and useful telephone numbers saved.
It actually wasn't far off that amount with the various fees. And it had the potential to rise.

To be honest I don't actually think £6k is expensive for this type group action - even better if you're quoted lower. I think if you went on your own legal rep, it would easily escalate above that. I just don't have the money for the initial payment. I"ll be forced to rethink if it get to the statutory demand/ court listing. but will probably be a visit to Citizen's Advice Bureau initially to see if I can chase down any free legal support/advice. Claude Pro plan is only £18/month and it's paid me back multiple times over. It's awesome!

Nothing about the Elysium meeting sounded. Dodgy.

And as this forum shows west28 have zero chance, if you simply bat them away as per any of the advice on here.

    And it’s nowhere near £6k.

Realistically speaking, what do we expect the next move for W28 to be? Seems we had the pack and nothing else.

They 100% had/have a plan, and that pack was the facilitator to it. I don't get what it achieved, or where it placed them in their mind, but it had to have some significance.

I've maintained radio silence with every single one of these demands and intend to do the same with this tbh. Until they show their hand, and if based on that it requires a definite input from me to fend them off.

    • West 28th paid £459,992 to Limelight Solutions Limited in 'expenses' this year (up from just £83 the previous year).
    • Note 10 confirms Limelight Solutions Ltd owns 50% of West 28th.
    • Mr K Arnold is listed as the director for both entities.

This is despite West 28th sitting on a £1.11M net liability deficit and holding just £22,020 in cash.

Let's not forget his Coldbath. KCA passed on the person with significant control status to, yes, you guessed it, Limelight Solutions Ltd on 9 December 2024.

Hi all, newbie but long time lurker on this and related forums/threads. I suspect Im not the only one. Thanks to all the contributers here as it probably helps a lot with reducing the anxiety brought on by this sordid W28 mullarky! Keep up the great work all! Also received the W28 deck end of April. was also sent similar deck by Felicitas several years ago, but I just ignored it for the stupidity it was but monitored this forum at the time and didnt do anything. Then it just fizzled out and went away. Also dont' have any of that paperwork having moved house. I operated under Darwin/Winchester between 2011/13. I dont have any of the original paperwork or emails from that time either as my email provider went bust in 2015 along with all my lifelong emails overnight! Im personally not in a good place with all this sh1te still going on.

My W28 demand is looking to retrieve £140k of alleged loan interest payments. ludicrous! They'll have a hard time doing that given I literally havent worked for years, live in social housing and on benefits/PIP, no assets or savings, having had severe medical issues and heart bypass. I'll enjoy watching them going thro the process and wasting their money tho trying to get anything from me.

I was in dialogue with Elysium but didnt get a good feel from their zoom call a few weeks ago, seemed very dodgy, and combined with comments on this thread, decided not to engage them. I havent got almost £6k to pay those fees. So Im on my own for now. However, one small string to my bow is I'm a pretty good power user of Claude AI, as someone else mentioned also and have ran through all the artifacts, history, case law, etc through AI to get a picture of status and where I/we all are. I have an AI agent that monitors this and another 20-ish sites and forums constantly and provides me a summary each morning of any developments/deltas on the case, next steps and actions I should take. It gives a running overall score on the likelyhood of success of W28 succeeding based on all evidence/rhetoric publicly available. Every report so far has hovered between 10-15% chance of W28 success - slightly encouraging? Anyway, Im happy to support others or contribute in any way to help with any research given I have a lot of time on my hands. just reach out or DM me. Does this site do DMs?
