Helix Mangement limited or Halcyon pay

    Dear Friends,

I was with Helix Management limited for one year. I was trying to contact them on all the phone numbers I have but it seems they closed there company and phone numbers are invalid.
I am not able to reach them to find out about the loan scheme and if the loans have been repaid or it is fair there loans are chargeable.
Because i heard Helix Mgmt loans have got this repaid and contractors willn't be affected, this thing i heard long time back when this new legislation is not in place and I dont have any proof of the same.

Please is there anyone with Helix management limited. They are also called as Halcyon pay limited.

Please do anyone know if there loans have been repaid and we willn't be incurred any loan charge.

    Please kindly let me know.

    Regards

There is no indication in the original loan agreement that anything other than repayment 10 years after drawdown is required.

Why would you think that a loan has been repaid?

Do you have any evidence that a sum was paid from your bank account to the lender?

    If not, who repaid it?

The loan agreement we have is nothing remarkable in the context of schemes and looks pretty much like the template the legislation had in mind when written. I can see no obvious reason to exclude from the loan charge on the grounds of whether or not it was a loan.

Hi, I am ex helix as well. I got the letter from HMRC and preparing to send a reply. Is there a room for negotiating the settlement ?

              Thanks
