I have to agree.

The migrants make no sense to me. They have come to our country because either theirs is tulip or ours offer greater freedoms and prosperity.
Why then do they want to make our country like the one they were in such a hurry to leave?

Or is there a more sinister reason?

I assume that in the main they (that is, not necessarily all or even most immigrants, but the ones who want to change the country) come here for the greater prosperity (which they may well feel was stolen from the likes of them) but feel that the rest is tulip and they won't live with that.

There is unfortunately a widespread feeling that if our country is better off than their country, it must be because we stole their wealth; not because we did things that create wealth, whereas they did not.
