    IIRC the turbines come from Norway, so probably work. Nobody should be surprised about wave; there was a technology that was clearly never going to work, but undersea turbines are almost a bit of a no-brainer. Biggest challenge must be getting them there.

    Of course tidal doesn't produce power all day. And I'd bet "half of Scotland" actually means "half of Scottish homes" - ignoring industry, ignoring all the non-electrical energy we use, plus add in the word "could" and it's the usual story of renewables. But still, it's probably got a greater chance of making a difference than anything else. So get on with it.
    Will work inside IR35. Or for food.
