I usually slow right down if some idiot is bombing it right behind me, really annoys them. Invariably they risk their and others lives to overtake and then 200 yards later they are waiting at lights when I roll up behind them smiling at the insanity of trying to save 5 seconds.

I slow down to well under speed limit if I am being hideously tailgated - eg 2" from bumper when I'm being held up by slow vehicles ahead, already travelling at (perhaps a bit officer) over the limit, tailgated by some twot who had plenty of chance to overtake if they wanted but didn't.

I think OP was talking about folk who are consistently and inexplicably slow :-)

I also stand in the way of rude aggressive pushy people - got called all the names under the sun because I got onto the tube ahead of a woman who was trying to push past me once. I smiled at her as the door closed in her face.

My office is on a very main road at a national speed limit, but it goes through some villages with 30mph speed limits. Whenever I drive to the local town, I'll inevitably end up behind someone who will do 45Mph down the whole thing. Sometimes I just want to ask them what they're thinking.

I dont mule around or tailgate people. If there is nothing else on the road I do get on with though and maybe do 35-40.

Just don;t want to do 25 thats all.
