                  Let's assume the vote went "Yes".
                  With the UK government currently holding 81% of RBS Group, what are the bets that suddenly there are complaints that it should be passed as a whole to any new Scottish Government?

                  I say take a choice. Either relocate it to the UK and listen to the howls of anguish, or let it stay where it is and allow the public to decide how to change the Scottish banknotes it issues - suggestion: inspiring figures such as Margaret Thatcher, King Edward I, and that fat guy from Austin Powers.
