Full of nouveau riche chavs so should suit you perfectly.
Apart from the riche part, obviously.

You need to know where to look. There is a lot of leafy suburbia in and around the village and Wimbledon Park, easily on a par with the nicer bits of Richmond. Although to be fair you probably can't afford it.

8 Bed detached house for sale, London SW19 - Ref: 8169679

5 Bed terraced house for sale, Wimbledon Park Road, Wimbledon - Ref: 8427773 is a bit more realistic

Barnes is pretty green as well, doesn't have such good transport links but you are close to the river which is nice for getting out and about. You might want to check out Sheen, Roehampton, Ham etc as well. Most of the areas around Richmond Park & Wimbledon Common are fairly nice IMO.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

Can't afford the first one, second one looks like a house I owned once in Swindon that cost £30K a few years back.

Wimbledon is not value for money, I will be looking further out into towards Surrey.

I think you are getting the gist.

              Beaconsfield or Chorleywood.

Depending on the age of your children, Beaconsfield and the grammar schools of Southern Bucks would be my first choice.

Just like AtW is an idiot savant without the savant bit, you're a nouveau riche without the riche bit.

In which case, you need to forget about all of the areas, with the exception of the Moseleys, listed in your OP.

No, I want to live in the Surrey / West London area in the leafy bits, so only the area inside the M25, M3, A3 bounded region.

I also need good access to Heathrow and Gatwick (incase I need a quick escape).
