Every time a parcel (e.g. from amazon) arrived it would have a cunning little rip down the side of the box, large enough to see if there were any iPods or expensive goodies inside. To their disappointment we are fairly boring online shoppers and only really order books, so nothing was ever lost.
Amazon are wise on that. They regularly use couriers for electrical stuff or other expensive goodies.
They are obviously fed up of RM leaving their parcels in plain view of everyone on people's doorsteps.
I remember years ago having to ask for 3 lots of stuff twice. Someone thieving postie got my Toy Story Box set
