Problem is, some peoples witterings are quite nice, then they dissappear because of some other tw@'s "witterings"

SY01 was being a bit over sensitive though and should have left it with a complaint to admin if he was upset

The prosecution alleges that the defendant has hounded out two posters from this forum and may also not be funny. He may be the cause of the whole forum being on edge at the moment and not as funny as it used to be. No case for the defence had yet been submitted to the court.

How does the jury find MarillionFan?
I submit, M'Lud, that these alleged "houndings" could've taken no more form than bits and bytes translated into characters on computer screens. Further more, the "houndees" have at their disposal, the ability not to even see such characters in the first instance, by virtue of what my learned friend informs me are called "ignore lists". I therefore respectfuly suggest, that if the "houndees", being both presumably educated adults, lack either the technical nous to employ such lists, or the strength of character to refuse to allow themselves to be "hounded" on an internet forum, that we are, in effect better off without them.

well yes, thick skins are good, but so is the ability to back off, if you think you might be seriously bugging somebody

And therein lies the problem. Some people are under the impression that CUK is part of their life, and that it is real, rather than just a collection of sockies, bots and village idiots idly passing the time of day.
