People who have different personalities inside/outside the workplace ?

Do you know of any people who are like this ? I once knew a girl that was a prude (prim and proper) and outside of work she was a little devil vixen / swearing / really out going etc ? It was a shock.

Are people just too frightened for their jobs that they have to pretend to be someone else at work ?

Doesn't that make work a sort of actors workshop don't you think?

what do you think it does to people's mental health behaiving one way in the workplace and antother outside ?

the phrase "I tried to be normal here but it was just so overrated" springs to mind.

Everyone is like this to some extent surely. One moderates things a bit according to who you're with.

Well we all know that Tony B.Liar is a lizard outside working hours. But he couldn't appear like that during the day or he'd get escorted from the building.

Damn right - Some bosses are absolute bastards. One poor sod on that site was fired just for not spotting a difference between two photos. It's there alright, but you have to look close to see it ...

I dress up in womens clothing at the weekend, so yes - I have a different personality outside of work.

                    This is normal no?
