One last thing. Torque.
S2000 2.0l
153 lb ft @ 7,500 rpm
Vauxhall Corsa VXR 1.6l
196 lb ft @ 1,980 rpm
Says it all.

. Out of the vtec it hardly keeps up with a semi-decent saloon and it doesn`t have enough punch at higher RPM`s to balance all of the negatives, especially when compared to a Z4 Si, which has all the torque you need and still thrives on revs but if you wish you can cruise the car with it still responding quickly. You can also change gear as little or often as you want as I used to, despite the low down power it was great at high RPM`s.
