A star returns to Doctor Who

I thought the last 2 part episode was good, the rest of it carp.

IMHO
-Eccleston was better than tennant
-Piper was the best assistant so far
-The guy who played Davros stole the show

Bizzare that Bernard Cribbins was in it, seeing as he was an assistant in the 60s movie, DR Who and the Daleks, staring Peter Cushing as Dr Who

this series started weak but ended awesome. had grave misgivings about Ms. Tate but she won me over in the end. oh, and family TV != kids' TV.

Although I am loathe to praise one of the Doctor's secret weapons I thought Catherine Tate gave the best companion performance since the original Sarah Jane.
