If they are breaking the law in some way - which they are, then they can be legitimately arrested.

Total misrepresntation. Liberty doesn't oppose the rule of law at all. Liberty doesn't work on behalf of scum like this, and would have no objection to more Police on the streets.

For scum hell is when they get long arm of the law to reach them. They are happy when they commit crimes and get away with it, so of course I want their lifes to be hell - Shami might disagree with my wording, but I am certain there are plenty of lawyers who would create a far more dimplomatic language which would still lead to the scumbags taken off the streets.

The point I was making is that my calculations show that a very small increase in council tax can finance a lot of police officers who would deal with this and other problems. If anything insurance for houses might become cheaper in the area due to drop in crime, giving £5 per month extra to finance more police is a no brainer especially when total council tax is like 20 times over that figure.

Nuts trees - So is that where the magazine comes from or does it produce the contents. If it is the latter then where do I get one - I'd like one which bears a Lucy Pinder or a Kelly Brook (fnarr!). If it is actually a tree which grows bolloxs then I don't want one thanks. While I think my garden would look quite nice with a few large chested page three girls running about the place, I think a tree covered in testicles would not be very pleasing on the eye.

I think the death penalty now makes economical sense , and creates room for more death row criminals.

I am against death penalty.

First innocents get killed, and that's wrong.

Secondly - life sentence is much worse. But they should not allow playstations, TVs and such for criminals like that.
