I used to live just by that hotel, and to be honest, there is nothing around there within stumbling distance that is clsoe to what you are looking for. Lots of decent pubs, but nothong really dancey for a girlie weekend.

Good music, great drinks and (unfortunatley) lots of sultry handsome latin guys for you to purr over on the dance floor.

If you are looking for a girlie dancing night, I would recommend the following;

-The Soho- it's on Greek Street. Nice bar and very sound crowd. No lairy blokes.

-The Roadhouse- Very lively and pretty much a cattle mart, but as you are a 'cailin maith', that probably won't interest you.
