Depends.
If I'm not likely to be working any weekends then I'm happy to do the odd one at my normal rate.
If it is likely to be a regular occurrence then I would look to charge 50% or 100% more.
If it was part of a shift rota (and therefore with time off during the week) I would look to increase my rate for all days, probably by 20% or so.
Realistically in my line of work I don't do much weekend working unless the BAU guys start breaking things.
