My local council want £1705 to empty my bins, and soon bin emptying will be extra. Still I'm sure putting on lesbian puppet theatre isn't cheap these days.
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

Here are some changes I noticed in my 10 years in London,

        1. I tend to be the only white man on my tube carriage most days, Im not racest but it reflects on the immigration policy.

        2. My council tax is £2100 a year for a joe blogs average 3 bedroom semi, gone up 5% most years, and its a labour council.

        3. I cant get an NHS dentist.

        4. I can never get an appointment to see my doctors.

        5. Prices and taxes are now so high you are constantly needing to earn more.

        6. I fear for my contract security as NL are making some stupied tax demands that I have no choice but to up my rate and risk loosing my client to India.

        7. I feel far from safe and risk most days on my journey into work which is an1 hr each way tube journey. For f*cks sake I had to make sure my life insurance would cover me for death by terrisum !

I dont want to here the crap about 'well you have a choice you dont have to live in London', some people dont have a choice for family reasons etc.

On the flip side I also dont like Cameron, but NL cant go on.

Ivor - you wont be the only white man on the tube like, come on talk sense man. i think you shoudl accept that you are a bit racist if you feel like you're the only white man on the tube

The dentist thing is true - what are the Tories proposnig to do about that?

The doctors I had since being born has always been the same - people always had to wait about a week to get an appointment. My folks are still with them, and STILL have to wait a week.
However, I joined a new doctors last year, Dr Chababra - lovely little Indian fella. Due to the inherently racist population in this country, I can get an appointment with him the same day. Fantastic

Prices and taxes - like I said before, I dont notice, as I'm very well off.

Contract security....thats like job security, but for rich people isn't it? Hmmm Tories and job security...where to start....

        Terrorism - IRA? 80's?

How much was the wager? although you'll have to come down here to pay up, as I clearly wouldn't know how to speak with the common folk "up north".
Well you should know better than coming out with that kind of stereotyping drivvel then shouldn't you?

The Tube thing - quite possible he is the only white in his carriage depending on where he lives. I'm not sure about London, but parts of Sheffield are predominantly afro/caribbean or Asian. Not racist. just fact.

Tories and dentists - Don't know, you have me there.

Doctors - You're lucky, my wife has never been offered an appointment less than 3 weeks away.

              Prices - "I don't notice. I'm very well off" = Champaign Socialist

Job security - Alright under labour if you want to work for the state.

Terrorism + IRA - Not sure how that was Maggies fault, but Tony's answer was to let all the murderers out of prison.

No Im not racest at all its just an observation, may be a slight exaggeration, for the last 10mins of the journey in and first 10mins out its more mixed. I can take pictures to prove this.

I take the Tube in from North London, so stop at Rayners Lane, Harrow, Northwick Park and Wembley and if anyone knows these areas they know what I mean. I come through KingsX everyday where the bombers met and even take the number 30 bus to finish my journey !

Anyway my point was IMO up North the issues are not as apperent as they are London, may be in certain parts of the north they are but I recon London its more obvious. I regually go up north so I can see it with my own eyes.

I would personally move back up north but family reasons mean I cant do this.

The Rates and Income Tax have gone down for me, even though I earned more last year.

Maybe it's the not living in England thing that has helped slightly.
