"Under the agreement, announced on Thursday, the UK will retain control of the UK-US military base on Diego Garcia, one of the Chagos Islands. The UK severed the Chagos Islands from the rest of Mauritius and expelled between 1,500 and 2,000 islanders so that it could lease Diego Garcia to the US for military use and the two allies have since operated the base jointly.

The Guardian understands there will be a right to return to all of the islands in the Chagos archipelago bar Diego Garcia within the treaty."

The US won't let go of the "Space Fence" so Diego Garcia remains "ours".

Ok this weekend we need to protest around major cities against the colonialist Argentinians maybe wrap ourselves in the Falkland flag which seems to be a Union flag with a sheep passant.

With another 973 crossing on Saturday 5/10/2024.

Looks like Labour's policy on illegal migration is having the same effect as most of its policies, the direct opposite being the rule and not the exception.

Truth is, we were conned by the manufactured outrage over small boats into not looking when the legal route flood gates were opened.

They were opened by the Blair/Brown government. Quite a lot of people pointed out the risks inherent in such a stupid decision. They were all roundly ignored. Somehow it is now all about Yooman Rites and Racism, so you can't make any kind of a sensible argument without being shouted down by the wokerati.

The only good thing about the high legal immigrations is that it's not killing kids and women.
