Will Smith punches Chris Rock

Rock is a comic (not a good one but he seems to have a following among the hard of thinking) who specialises is being permanently outraged and permanently thick, like so many these days. Smith is an actor - a damn fine one. He is more than capable of faking a punch or a slap, and more than capable of making Rock think he about to get flattened, without actually doing anything serious.
But humour along the lines of Rock, Gervaise, Boyle and the rest is well past deserving a good slap IMHO.Leave a comment:

I'm really surprised about all the women sticking up for Will Smith, including my wife who said I would have done the same. Really sends out the wrong signals to men, especially young men, that women expect you to get physical if someone says something that might hurt your girlfriend/wife. And women should remember it's only a small step for a man to slap a women that says something that might hurt his girlfriend/wife.
It would have been much better if he felt so angry to walk up to Chris Rock and tell him he is out of order.
I think people that say this is justified really need to have a look at themselves.Leave a comment:
