    Unless said biased people replaced the video I watched with a deepfake, then yes he did. He compared our respective fights for sovereignty and democracy.

    A bit like Partygate; mistakes were made and senior management were at fault for allowing things to happen but it doesn't warrant resignation.

    A degree of proportionality seems to have gone walkies on modern politics...

    I see that Rishi Sunak has compared him being questioned about his wife's business links to Russia as being the same as Will Smith having his wife's illness made into a joke and him reacting to it.
    No, one is something that should be investigated and requires honest answers, the other was a joke about an illness. Parliamentary standards cover spouses of cabinet members.
