FTFY please don't try to be clever, it doesn't suit you!

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jersey

Its part of the British Isles and hence it is BRITISH. It is owned by the British monarchy as a crown dependency.

I know its posturing but last time it got real.
Love how you throw out the insult that others are thick, when you post this drivel.

      - Jersey is not part of Britain, although we are constitutionally obliged to protect it
      - We sent gun ships there first
      - The French sent 2 ships to monitor the situation and presumably to protect their citizens which they have every right to do

Now wind your neck in and find a story that doesn't get you frothing at the French
I am what I drink, and I'm a bitter man

As Mordac says, it's not really a story, unless you're really into French politics.
And as there's an election coming up, we should expect plenty more of this sort of thing, what with Macron not doing as well as he'd like in the latest polls. I don't know what the French for 'willy waving' is, but that's what it is.
His heart is in the right place - shame we can't say the same about his brain...

You still have your brains on holiday?

It is officially part of the British isles , It is not part of Britain and as usual you got the tullipy end as I never said it was (I referred to it as a British port). It isn't part of Britain or even the UK but they are completely different things to British. Damn the crayons are running out!

We sent royal naval ships into British waters to keep the peace with foreign vessels. If I was in Paris and a couple of British coppers were wandering around arresting people I would expect the French to be unhappy about it.

Why did the French need to monitor the situation in British waters? Were they escorting some illegal immigrants over and stopped to say hello? Now if they had stopped their citizens blockading a port or ramming ships then they may have been some use.

Who is frothing at the French? I'm just laughing at their government making ours look competent which is a real challenge.

Oh I agree it is, maybe Boris should whip his out and tell Macaroon that he doesn't shag girls old enough to be his Mother...

Has the OP moved on from constantly quoting the Daily Mail to GB News? What will be his next move? Quote directly from Mein Kampf?
