You've seen the direction of infections, and albeit a lot smaller at the moment, deaths? You've seen the impact it's having on workplaces, schools and businesses?

Just picking an arbitary number like 70% and STILL ignoring the facts of the situation? Just incredible.

There is a point where we have to balance it but looking at the graphs, this is not it.

You can't manage a couple more months without night clubs to get a lot more people to double vaccinated level, and hopefully cover a lot more under 30 category who are vaccine hesitant?

Economy was already open to a very large degree back in April, it should be possible to manage longer without night clubs, cinemas, cheap holidays abroad and maybe even without pubs, IF that what it takes.
