London is the "worst performer" with the north-south divide swapping.
House price reporting is so skewed in this country.

I live in the South West and the market is on fire.
Seems like a very mixed picture across the UK but it does feel like a crack-up boom loaded with risk. Businesses are closing by the hundred, lots of people on furlough and house prices going up just doesn't make sense. Nothing ever seems to cool the UK market anymore.Leave a comment:

UK annual house price growth slows in March as North West sees strongest growth in first quarter of 2021
