    Yes, 20/20 is somewhat an arbitrary scale of measurement and many people have much better vision.

    The human eyeball is rarely perfect and the abrasions will warp shapes. There will be variations in shape depending on colour particularly red-green circles resulting in distortion on the letter "O" and even Cs & Gs etc.

    It is very important to keep hydrated and to keep any diabetes under control in order to keep vision at its best.
