The Speccy regularly publishes articles from all sorts with contradictory viewpoints. There's a couple of columnists who often take a pop at each other's articles and tell the readership why they're right and other is wrong.
But, yes, go look for a conspiracy instead of having a grown up discussion.

There is no vaccine from climate change, and it's coming rapidly, so stop the climate change, and in process bankrupt fookers from 3rd world who sell oil/gas and use that money to fook with the West, plus get loaded on the back of it - what's not to like?

It's just another example of why it is so important to do your own research and not just believe one point if view or another.

Which is then seized upon by the intellectually challenged as proof that all claims concerning Climate Change are rubbish. But I note that Shellenberger is not necessarily correct with all his statements - there's room for discussion.
