November Budget - Stop Public sector IR35 rules coming into the Private sector

The hundreds of letters that ended up in George Osborne's in tray when the government were threatening to end travel and subsistence expenses being claimed by those outside IR35 stopped it from happening two years ago - ask anyone who was in the room when Osborne dumped them on the table at the HMRC meeting.

So that what happened with my letter.....


Edited to say: the template letter doesn't suit my circumstances as some times my company has staff or other freelancers.

It will NOT do any good.

I tried to convince the NTRT lot about this after my f4j experiences. No-one listened. Now they are all converts.

Does no-one ever learn?
