The opposition spokesperson has just been on the radio. She pointed out her and Priti Patel did not have a hostile relationship unlike Diane Abott and Amber Rudd. In fact when she was appointed Priti gave her a number so they could talk directly.

You seem unaware that on some matters particularly ones that don't hit the headlines like foreign aid MPs of different parties work together to push legislation through.
