One way of tackling this would be to make it difficult to parachute outsiders into safe seats. I would have a law that eligibility for election to parliaments includes continuous residency within the constituency for the previous five years. Of course, the political class would never go for this.
    That would be funny as you would still get people like Sadiq Khan but you wouldn't get Corbyn and May.
