    With a bit of luck, Vodafone take on low grade BAU contractors as well, and then he can queue up with PC, so they can work these problems out between them.

    We are going to have to be ready when he gets his food to the till and finds he's got a fiver, tenner and twenty is his wallet. He can't be holding the queue up while waiting for us to respond about which one to pay with.

    Totally this. You could even try the agent. They should be pretty clued up about this type of on boarding as every single contractor will be in the same situation.
