        Don't forget about over-committing on mortgages. There's a lot of people out there who've never seen interest rates at their 'usual' levels. They think they'll continue to remortgage to 1% deals forever. When the rates start rising, probably next year, I think they'll rise quickly and most will struggle to find an extra few hundred pounds a month.
