In the main the contractors plying their trade in Europe tend to be the more dynamic and able (there are exceptions like scooterscot - just goes to show even the Germans can be fooled).
It would be extremely funny if they were all forced to come back.
I'd wager they would soon displace the bottom feeders like vetran, woohoo, original PM and the like who would be forced out.
