Plenty of perfectly affordable accomodation, loads of jobs in that area.

No indeed you don't however generation snowflake seem to think they should be able to have everything they want.

The problem is people are unwilling to make sacrifices and simply expect things.

The problem is we have a huge amount of snowflakes in University trying to undermine some of the basic principles of the UK - when the reality is the only thing they have achieved so far is to spend mummy and daddies money

Why the hell have you picked rentals in Malton?

Half-way between York and Scarborough with no bloody job market.

The average wage in the borough I live is 28k pa and it's five miles north of Manchester. The local 3-bed semis which the average bloke would live in are around 200k. We're doing average because that's what all the figures quote - average. It's no doubt worse down in the South East but it always has been.

We did tell you to pick up cheap stocks in 2015, but you ignored us.

So you missed your opportunity of lifetime to make a lot money.

October 2015 was gravy....and you missed it

Two things about that - 45 miles away - I'm nearer to Leeds than Malton is!

Oh and there aren't any three bed rentals in Malton either.
