Things to know about Cyprus.

1. There are a lot of heavily armed Turks in Northern Cyprus with lots of powerful weapons all pointing south
2. The island is pretty much a Russian owned/populated offshore money laundering operation now
3. It is very close to Turkey, Syria and Lebanon
