    Wrong. It gives you the right to delete/ban/issue infraction as appropriate, for whichever transgression applies.
    You do not get to decide what is trivial, and what is not trivial.
    You are supposed to be objective. If anyone is a "soon to be crap ex-mod" you're ticking quite a few boxes.
