no it covers how you are eligible to claim asylum and the restrictions to prevent Asylum shopping.

If you present yourself in the UK claiming asylum having traveled through a safe country first then you are treated as an illegal immigrant and returned to your point of entry, in the UK you are not considered a refugee.

well there is a certain logic to offering them a free chance to move to a state that will supply the regime they so clearly desire. I would be quite happy to transport some of the nutters to Syria, we can send our football hooligans there as well. Stand back and watch the gene pool improve.

In case you are not paying attention - most people shot in American by attacker are in places where GUNS NOT ALLOWED - so even legit owners can't have their firearm with them, in violation of their Constitutional rights.
