What you will find is that feckless idiots will realise at 21:55 that the Polling Stations are about to close. They will moan on their Facebooks that "it's not fair", so the government will keep them open for another week or so.

Anecdotal evidence from my polling station is that the turnout is quite high, above the same time during the GE. Would need to beat 66% for the last GE, across the UK.
