The wifi is still just as fecked as when I left in November

Wifi works for my iPad. Not for my laptop.
The client does not have a working wifi I can use as it's a German bank.

I have filled out a request for remote access from UK but 4 months 5 months later it is still not processed.

wifi probs last year... check
wifi requested but not confirmed... check
client has no working wifi... check

You were posting on here so could easily have logged in to the web frontend of your personal email and forwarded the email to someone local, no?

You couldn't easily have downloaded the files that were so critical before leaving?

In short, tinterweb access at client co was known to be iffy and you failed to have a plan b in place.

Aside from the two blatant inaccuracies I have highlighted in bold, it is certainly my fault for not having a plan B.
