No that is what an independent hotel unwilling to meet the demands of a more formal chain calls an executive room.

Either way it confirms you are a cheapstake. Hotel Indigo, the Crown Plaza and Hilton are all decent cheapish hotels, near the docks, Liverpool 1 and the three Graces...

What did you expect from a Worst Western?
They're all awful; they join the Worst Western chain out of desperation because business is poor, and business is poor because they're tulip hotels.

It was pretty good but has no car park. There was a good place for breakfast behind it but it seems to have closed, but there are plenty of decent eateries nearby.

There are good B&Bs on the Wirral but then you have the traffic to contend with in the rush hour; just look for a good deal somewhere in the city centre.
