Hi,
I am a first time contractor and am about to take up a BA role at LTSB. They have three preferred suppliers (agencies) and I must go through one of them:
- Recruitment Zone (RZ) Group
- Sanderson
- IMS Worldwide
As I got the job through contacts rather than through an agency, I will simply be using the agency for invoicing / payments etc as well as on-boarding.
From my limited experience, Recruitment Zone seem to be the best of the three as it offers the most flexible invoicing / payment terms (they do either weekly or monthly payments and run their payment run every day - the others are monthly only and have limited window for getting time sheets / invoices in). All three seem similar from a contract / IR35 perspective.
Before I go with RZ Group, I am wondering if anyone has any feedback on them (positive or negative) that they could share with me.
My apologies if anyone has posted this question already. I have tried to search the forums for RZ Group and didn't turn up any other relevant posts.....
Regards
Richard
