    No probs. As I say, stuff like this makes me glad I got off my ass and hired an accountant! Even when InTouch first explained it, I didn't quite get it immediately, but if you do the maths, it all ends up working out ok, but as you say no actual gain overall (except more cash in your pocket sooner of course).

      Or if I remember correctly, theres a HMRC form where you basically apply for a tax refund on the basis that you know you wont have any further PAYE for the year. Which you wont if you only do dividends.
