What is the typical daily rate in a mid-sized oil company?

The contract will be though an agency and I will be based in the far North. My first contract. 1 or 2 years. This is IT based, but not programming.
I was wondering if anyone can suggest the average daily rate for this. In terms what the client will pay agency.

I can only give you one example from a friend who does some microsoft development, architecture and consulting along with GIS for a big oil company in the Netherlands. 80 euro or 85 euros per hour, but that is direct just using an umbrella co on the company's list of approved payrollers. He has also got some knowledge of environmental issues along with the IT skills and consulting.

Rates in The Netherlands can be higher than in the UK in some cases.
