I've worked with a US client on the east coast (HQ in the UK). It was the best fun I've had in a long time.
Agree with others here who've said you're on the front-foot time-wise. Daily meets were held at the end of my working day, with the odd meet into the evening, but that of course will fully depend on context of the placement.
I've also worked on clients / projects based in Australasia which is exhausting and I wouldn't willingly go into another contract like that.
If there were east-coast opportunities that came up, I would be compelled to snap them up once I've done my due-diligence.
