    Oil & Gas role - IM Co-ordinator

    Heard about this role at a company I used to contract for. If anyone is interested PM or email me for more details. The company is based in West London, but the role is site based. No idea of rate or duration at this stage, but they are struggling to fill it.

    This role is to work on Contractor site ensuring that implementation is correctly being followed, ensuring Quality Assurance, Audits, and best practises regarding workflow process and business standards are met.

    ESSENTIAL SKILLS
    Good Team working & people skills
    Managerial ability / experience
    Audit / QA / QC experience
    HND or Degree Qualified in Information systems / IT / Engineering type qualification
    10+ Years in Oil & Gas EPC project environments
    Good understanding of Project execution methodology / work processes & procedures i.e. Engineering data / design & 3D CAD, materials management & procurement, Project Management, Document management
    PREFERRED SKILLS
    IT Literate
    Experience of modern Document and Data management systems e.g. Documentum, e-warehouse, IPMS
    Overseas / Site based experience
    Training / presentation skills

      I would so go for that if I met the 10 years experiance....only 9 more to go.

          And when i'm right once again the 21 year old grad's start to realise that the world is not the rosey place they once belived it was.....

            Actually to answer your Q, the company concerned do have a small presence in Nigeria (Port Harcourt) but the chances of spending much time out there are, I would say, remote. (Disclaimer - I could of course be wrong, and frequently am.)
