Except he was Linux, AIX/Solaris are different animals and WAS is a law unto itself.

WAS is a major pain but essential for this gig, they'd maybe go with RHEL without Solaris and AIX experience. Pressure environment as well as the usual disclosure stuff so not for the faint hearted.
