It depends very much on what those laws and regulations are! Can you think of three EU laws/rules or regulations which have a negative impact on your life?
Just need to google and you can see a list of laws and regulations that affect the UK negatively and positively. But that's not the point is it.

You get to make your own rules and regs.

Apart from the ones we still need to follow in order to be able to sell stuff to EU members.

And the ones we still need to follow to be able to sell stuff to the rest of the world until such times as we have put in rules and regs that are accepted by the rest of the world.

Yep if your company sells into the EU. If it doesn't then you don't need to do that. It's the same when selling to any other country.

I imagine the UK could also if it wanted to implement policies and regulations that could encourage our farmers and not EU regs/laws aimed at French farmers. Guess that applies to fishing also. It's like you don't have to implement a ton of regulation that aims to cover a whole bunch of countries.

That's down to individual companies to comply, and only on those products which they sell to the EU. We can un-ban everything the EU banned, for the UK market, if if we choose to do so. That's the difference.

Name a couple of regs that our farmers could have changed to help them, that currently hinders them but not the French. And don't just quote "CAP", actually explain what the impact is on our farmers compared to the French.

What do you think we should un-ban; that the EU has banned and we think is better not banned? Don't just talk abstract, let's get into the specifics.
