      TV Producer who works for ITV says that if people want to blame the BBC for influencing the Brexit debate, then why not look at their output. Yes, she starts of by saying “If you want...” not “the BBC must”

      DM: ...but how can we spin it so that we can put down the BBC? Let’s just selectively quote and rely on our believers to fill in lots of gaps.

        So what she wrote about 'banning' was:

        The BBC, if it wants to maintain its claim to impartiality, needs to retire the Home Guard (or send them on leave), because in the words of Private Frazer, 'We are all doomed!
